One of the key challenges was to create a digital experience that will allow customers to access the wide range of products the brand offers in fun and intuitive way. We conceptualised a lifestyle-based app experience with multiple routes for product discovery.

Role: Design lead for both app concept and in-store communication system.
Tasks included engaging key stakeholders to outline key business and user goals for the app concept, defining key functionalities for the app concept, task flows for key user journeys, such as from browsing to checkout to delivery journeys, to first round of visualization and UI of key screens.
